Dr Daniel Siegel, MD is the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute, an educational organisation—based on his concept of “Mindsight”. I spoke with Dr Dan about his method, how he came to psychology & what drew him to create interpersonal Neurobiology. It’s a fascinating story of a Med student learning who he was as a young man, learning empathy, was compelled & fascinated by how the mind works & challenging stereotypical thinking.
